JFK Assassination Webquest

 

We will be using the following web page about the Kennedy Assassination

You have the entire class period to complete the following tasks.

1. Scroll down the web site until you find the section titled Primary Sources: Theories. Select one theory. Write the name of the theory on the top of your assignment along with your name. Put is on a word document.

2. In your document briefly explain and/or define the theory

3. Pick the most credible piece of supporting evidence (quote and explain)

4. Pick the least credible piece of supporting evidence (quote and explain)

5. Cut and paste some bio information from a key player presented in your theory that you had heard of before starting this assignment.

6. Cut and paste some bio information from a key player presented in your theory that you had not heard of before starting this assignment.

7. Make a brief conclusion about the theory. Clearly state whether the theory is credible. State whether you believe this theory or not and why.

8. Print out the document and turn it in. Save it to your My Documents folder if you cannot print it and turn it in on Monday.

Extra Assignment

Anybody looking to improve their 9 Weeks homework grade can repeat this assignment on your own time with a second theory and turn it in on Monday or Tuesday.
