Middle East & Jewish Studies: Columbia University's collection of Middle East Studies Internet Resources is an on-going compilation of electronic bibliographic resources and research materials on the Middle East and North Africa available on the Internet. The resources are organized by region, country and subject. The scope of the collection is research-oriented but it also provides access to other websites with different or broader missions.

Jewish Virtual Library: This website claims it is the most comprehensive Jewish encyclopedia in the world. Created by the American-Israeli Cooperative Enterprise (AICE), the website includes more than 6,000 articles. Divided into 13 sections such as History, Women, Politics, Biography, Israel, Religion and Vital Statistics, the entries are often illustrated by photographs and maps.

IslamiCity: A website that provides a detailed account of Islam. Sections include Understanding Islam, Culture and Art, History, Islam and Science, Education, A Chronology of Islamic History and A Muslim Guide.

Middle East News Online: Fadi Chahine, founder of Middle East and News Online, has created a website that produces and disseminates information that it claims "reflects the political, economic, social and cultural realities of the Middle East and North Africa."

Palestine History: Esam Shashaa from the United Arab Emirates has produced this very detailed website on the history of Palestine. Sections include History (Recent History, Ancient Palestine, Timelines, etc.), Current Issues (News Headlines, Who Did It?, Al-Aqsa Intifada, Mohammed al-Durah, etc.), Virtual Tours (Palestine, Holy Sites, Al-Qouds Old City, Al-Aqsa Mosque, etc.), Palestinian State (West Bank, Jerusalem, Hebron, Bethlehem, Gaza City, Jericho, etc.), Palestinian Biography and Israeli Biography.
