William Yenson joined West Ham in 1902. He played only five league games in his first season. The following season Yenson he was a regular in the side until he was sold to Bolton. Yenson appeared in the 1904 Cup Final against Manchester City. Yenson also played for Queens Park Rangers before returning to West Ham in 1908. He only stayed a few months before he joined Croydon.
